MOORESTOWN, New Jersey—Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc. (TRHC), a health care technology company advancing the safe use of medications, announced the appointment of Brian Adams as president and chief executive officer. Adams, who was serving as TRHC's interim chief executive officer since September 2022 and previously served as the company's co-president and chief financial officer, was also appointed to the TRHC's Board of Directors as a Class I director, effective immediately.

TRHC also announced Richard W. Rew II has joined the as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, effective April 10, 2023. Rew joins from IsoPlexis Corporation, where he served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. As chief legal officer, Rew will be responsible for legal operations, litigation, corporate governance and regulatory affairs. Rew will report to Adams.
In addition, TRHC reported preliminary unaudited estimated revenue from continuing operations for the quarter that ended March 31, 2023.
