NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 27, 2021)—National Seating & Mobility (NSM), a provider of comprehensive mobility solutions, announced the appointment of Tim Williams, ATP, as director of business development. Williams has worked with the NSM Clinical Business Development team for the past five years.
“Before joining NSM, Tim spent years recruiting and leading teams in the CRT industry,” said Doug McDaniel, SVP of business development. “He has a first-hand understanding of the dynamics involved in a company transition, and he’s an excellent resource for employees transitioning to NSM. We are thrilled for Tim to move into this role.”
Williams joined NSM on the Business Development team in 2016 following more than 35 years of experience in the complex rehab and durable medical equipment industries. As an assistive technology professional (ATP) and former business owner, Williams has an established reputation building and cultivating relationships with both clients and peers across the industry.
“I am very comfortable working with people to ease concerns about joining a larger organization, and I personally understand the benefits of working with NSM,” said Williams. “I look forward to stepping into this role and continuing to contribute to the overall health and stability of the company and industry as a whole.”
