SPARTANBURG, South Carolina—Agape Care Group (ACG), a provider of hospice and palliative care and portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners, has acquired select Crossroads Hospice locations in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Georgia. Crossroads Hospice will continue to operate in Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

S 5154 is a key bill for Medicare wheelchair accessibility

The new bill, S 5154, would create two new HCPCS codes for Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) manual wheelchairs and allow for an upgrade within a code.
